ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಚಹಾ

Aritha is rooted in Malleshwaram — its temples, its jasmine vendors, its corner-shop chai. We took the rhythm of the street, slowed it by a beat, and built a tea house around it. Filter decoction, palm-flower neera, masala mixed to the gram.
